Responsibilities :

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and build the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries.
• Language Skills : C2 level of one or several Nordic languages with advanced English skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Nordic market.
• 20 months sales experience is preferred.
• Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight.
• CRM Experience : strong CRM experience, capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Communication Skills : strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Goal-Driven : comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
• Presentation Skills : good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive Attitude : goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident and proactive.
• Team Collaboration : able to work independently within a team environment.
• Business Acumen : strong business acumen, capable of understanding complex business environments and making informed decisions.
• Proficient in conducting competitor analysis and offering insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Customer Focus : customer-driven and focused on providing a good customer experience.
