We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Madrid.
Reporting into the Information Security Officer & Head of Infrastructure, the IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the IT operations of the office, managing and monitoring the network infrastructure as well as employees’ devices. The selected candidate will also collaborate with the worldwide IT first and second level support to ensure the continuity of services and solve technical complex issues worldwide.
What You Will Do :
IT HelpdeskMonitoring and maintaining all IT hardware assets and software licensingAssist in onboarding and offboarding of employees, including system and account provisioningManaging corporate Microsoft 365 environment (User’s profile, licenses, policy, configurations, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID)Managing and providing support for Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, Office, etc.) and other business applicationsSupport on-site infrastructure : network, meeting rooms, user accessesSupport on-site and remote employeesSecurity : Sophos firewall and antivirusDesign and build IT solutionsSolve complex IT technical issuesIT Support during internal and external on-site eventsManaging Azure IT subscriptionWhat We Look For :
- 1+ years’ experience as IT Specialist
- Experience in IT Help Desk 1st and 2nd Level
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (automation and scripting are a plus), Windows OS desktop and servers, MacOS, and Active Directory
- Knowledge in networking (firewall, switch, servers, printers, etc.)
- Experience in Virtualization, Storage, and Datacenter technologies (Microsoft Azure)
- Fluency in English
- Good skills in teamwork and multitasking (capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously)
- Capability to understand business demands in an international IT company
- Hands-on, curious approach
- Ability to prioritize and be detail-oriented while keeping an eye on the big picture
- Knowledge of data management in a complex business environment will be a plus
