Descripción del trabajoCollaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions using Jira and Confluence. Configure and customize Jira and Confluence to optimize project workflows and documentation. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding of Atlassian tools. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Jira and Confluence users. Participate in project kickoff meetings and follow up on project progress to ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest Atlassian features and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- Proven experience as a functional consultant with expertise in Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements.
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring Jira and Confluence to meet client needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in Atlassian products are a plus.
