As a dynamic and energetic professional, the Payroll Vendor Relationship Manager will own the collaboration with external Payroll partners. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll Vendor Operations .
What you bring
- Work experience in regional / global payroll vendor operations.
- Work experience in implementing payroll software in multiple countries.
- Work experience in managing third-party payroll vendor relationships.
- Excellent contract negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of global payroll best practices.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
- Understanding of the need and ability to work largely independently.
- Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to create and manage internal training resources, including quick start guides.
- Maintain frequent communication with Payroll team management.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Scoping & Research : Conduct market research for payroll vendors, develop criteria, and present recommendations.New Country Expansion : Manage onboarding, vendor selection, contract negotiations, system migration, and testing.Payroll Vendor Relations & Performance Evaluation : Ensure vendor satisfaction, meet SLAs, and optimize communication.Cost Tracking & Analysis : Review invoices, track costs, and provide reports to leadership.Communication & Collaboration : Work with internal teams for deployment and training of payroll solutions.Practicals

Remote ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits worldwide, paying above local rates to support global talent-hiring and local wealth creation. The salary range for this position is $30,250 to $68,050 USD, depending on various factors such as location, skills, and experience.
