As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems, and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.

Due to the expansion of our activities, BYD Spain is looking for a Logistics Specialist to work in the Vehicle Logistics department.

The Vehicle Logistics department manages inbound logistics for all vehicles imported into Spain and other European countries, as well as the distribution of these vehicles within Spain. It is responsible for exploring the most suitable logistics solutions for the automotive division.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will :

  • Handle logistics claims and control logistics costs.
  • Arrange commercial documents (invoices, etc.) for related parties.
  • Operate within various systems (CRM, ERP, SAP) for process and financial control of cargo movements.
  • Arrange transportation (trucking, shipping) by selecting suitable suppliers and methods.
  • Maintain and update daily data in systems and manually (e.g., Excel).
  • Communicate daily with local logistics service partners to monitor shipment statuses.

We hope you have :

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in International Trade or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience and familiarity with international logistics policies and regulations.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with clear thinking, excellent execution, and a strong sense of responsibility.
