The Opportunity

You will join the Events & Lamps Team to plan and execute territory brand activation initiatives aligned with the approved strategy and activation plan, ensuring budget accuracy and adherence to internal practices to meet key metrics within a multi-category approach.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Scouting and Mapping Initiatives : Develop territory plans considering market analysis, trade structure, brand and consumer data, resources, and expected results to boost volume and profit.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, collaborating with FSF for harmonized territory plans and execution.
  • Implement initiatives such as Events and Lamps, following deployment guidelines and national plans to engage consumers across multiple categories.
  • Build profitable relationships with touchpoint owners, staff, and event organizers, providing professional services.
  • Recruit, train, and lead the Hostess team; manage logistics and operations with agencies.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Ensure proper onboarding and follow-up with main business partners involved in events and lamps, including trade partners and trendsetters.
  • Budget & KPIs

  • Manage activation budgets to prevent overspending or underspending at year-end.
  • Monitor key channel metrics, integrating top-down and bottom-up data.
  • What We Are Looking For

  • University degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Communication, or Design.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • EU work permit.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer experience and event management.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to connect insights and support delivery.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail; task-oriented and able to meet deadlines independently.
  • Learning agility, curiosity, resilience under pressure, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility in location and schedule, including availability Tuesday to Saturday and night shifts.
