We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Change Management Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that drive business transformation and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Job

As a Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of projects across various clients. Your key activities will include participating in cultural transformation projects, analysis and diagnosis, development of working models, change management, design and facilitation of workshops, and travel requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in cultural transformation projects, including analysis and diagnosis phases
• Develop working models and implement change management strategies
• Design and facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders
• Travel internationally as required
• Support business development by following up on prospects and managing customer relations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have experience in change management consulting or cultural transformation, and be fluent in English and Spanish.
