Product Data Analyst

We’re working with an innovative platform in the job search industry, used by millions to connect employers and job seekers. We’re seeking a Product Data Analyst who wants to have a real impact on how our product evolves. Your mission will be to support the product team in making better, data-informed decisions, from analyzing user behavior and validating hypotheses to running A / B tests and turning results into actionable insights.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, product managers, and other analysts, and contribute to key initiatives such as recommendation systems, search optimization, monetization, and marketing performance.

What you’ll do :

• Collect and structure data from various internal sources.
• Ensure data quality and help define / improve data pipelines.
• Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve the product.
• Support product teams throughout the full feature lifecycle : hypothesis, implementation, tracking, and measurement.
• Design and evaluate A / B tests.
• Translate business questions into clear, actionable analysis.
• Contribute to the evolution of our data infrastructure and analytics practices.
