We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to fill the role of Technical Operations Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a strong background in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and wants to take their career to the next level. As a Technical Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our aircraft maintenance facilities, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
