Your Mission

We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer focused in the development of robotics for high temperature geothermal drilling tools. Your role will be to design, test, and evolve mechanical systems capable of performing under high pressure, high vibration, and ultra high temperature environments (300°C+).

You’ll be at the core of our R&D, developing the next generation of tools to allow greater access to deeper, hotter rock.

Your Mission

We’re looking for a Computational Engineer to develop advanced subsurface simulations and AI-based prediction tools . Your role will combine CFD modeling of complex internal fluid flows and thermal environments with the development of machine learning systems trained on real-world data collected from extreme drilling conditions.

You'll play a key role in helping us optimize tool performance, predict failures, and reduce development cycles by bringing together physics-based simulation and data-driven intelligence.

Your Mission

We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer focused on the design, integration, and testing of electro-magnetic machines —motors, generators, resolvers—capable of withstanding the extreme temperature, shock, and vibration of geothermal drilling environments (300°C+).

You’ll be a key member of our R&D team, leading the electrical design of high-reliability subsurface components that will push the boundaries of renewable energy technology.

Your Mission

As a Mechanical Designer , you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing the 3D models and assemblies of our advanced deep subterranean tools. You’ll support the engineering team by generating drawings for manufacturing , helping to coordinate components with suppliers, and assisting in post-processing and physical assembly of parts in our lab.

Your work will be key in translating innovation into physical reality .
