Logistics Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for analyzing data on delivery operations associated with Out of Home logistics.

Main Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations and detect incidents to ensure a smooth operation that meets quality standards.
• Closely collaborate with delivery fleet managers and last mile station managers to define detailed improvement plans.
• Standardize the delivery process through continuous training and redefine requests of processes that take place in the delivery / collection of packages.

Requirements :

• 2 years of experience in logistics and last mile operations. Knowledge in the Out Of Home branch is highly valued.
• Studies in Logistics, Engineering, Administration or related field.
• Master's degree in Excel and mastery of the Office environment.
• English level B2 (or higher) for interaction with global teams.
• Strong analytical profile, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
