We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Clienteling Project Manager to cover a maternity leave period. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will also play a key role in defining the project roadmap for the future, aligning priorities, and managing budget planning in collaboration with the IT team. This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave.

Around 7 years of experience in project management.
Experience in the luxury industry is desirable.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience with budget management and forecasting.
Knowledge of Salesforce, ideally experience managing Retail applications and understanding of clienteling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
