  • As a Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a talented team of sales professionals, guiding performance, inspiring growth, and delivering impact across sales operations.
  • Key responsibilities :
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing inside sales team
  • Set and manage team sales targets and productivity goals aligned with market trends
  • Conduct in-depth call coaching sessions, identifying growth opportunities and celebrating wins
  • Build a development culture with clear career growth plans for all team members
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent while managing performance and accountability
  • Monitor KPIs such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with strategic business goals
  • Create a positive and motivational environment focused on both performance and people
  • What We’re Looking For

    • We welcome experienced professionals who are passionate about sales leadership, talent development, and operational excellence.
    • Your profile :
    • Proficient in English plus Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish
    • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development
    • At least 3 years of team management experience
    • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree (required)
    • Proven ability to lead teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Experience coaching both high performers and underperformers
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Strategic mindset with strong attention to performance data
    • 4+ years of hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)
