Our client is a well-established international company in the luxury travel and hospitality sector, with a strong footprint in Italy and a growing team based in Barcelona.

They are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Coordinator to manage and support their Italian market operations from Spain.

Job Responsibilities

The Real Estate Coordinator will be responsible for managing logistics, partner communications, and service delivery across a network of properties and clients in Italy, while working closely with the global team from Barcelona.

Key tasks include :

  • Coordinating day-to-day operational activities for the Italian market, including bookings, services, and partner logistics
  • Managing communication with Italian suppliers, property managers, and service providers
  • Overseeing pre-arrival planning and post-stay follow-ups to ensure smooth client experiences
  • Handling contract documentation, timelines, and process updates
  • Collaborating with other departments including Customer Experience, Sales, and Administration
  • Monitoring service quality and operational KPIs, proposing improvements
  • Acting as the central liaison between HQ and the field teams across Italy

Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years' experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, or a service-driven environment
  • Full fluency in Italian and English is required; Spanish is a plus
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using digital systems and internal platforms
  • Based in Barcelona or open to relocating
  • Proactive mindset and hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in travel, property, or guest service operations is highly valued
