As Support Service Engineer you will be responsible for supporting customers and deliver Dalet technical expertise to their administrators and technical teams.

What youll be doing

  • Install maintain and optimize products and configurations at customers site
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
  • Perform maintenance and fixing
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance
  • Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers business
  • Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions
  • What youll we need to be successful

  • Experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Proven IT skills in Windows Linux networking AWS and SQL Postgres Arango databases
  • Broadcast and Digital Media knowledge
  • Experience with Dalet Solutions is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Selfstarter who is excited about technology
  • BSc / MSc in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
