We're seeking a Digital Content Specialist to drive impactful customer engagement across our digital channels. While deeply rooted in managing our email marketing activities, this role also extends to supporting other content needs, ensuring cohesive messaging and healthy content production rate. A core part of your role will involve expert management of our email marketing activities (building and segmenting email lists, crafting engaging email content, and nurturing leads through automated email communications) Beyond email marketing, you’ll also support other content needs and contribute to our broader digital presence by adapting and developing content for various channels. This includes recommending and writing copy to improve engagement while adhering to brand guidelines across all platforms .This position demands a hands-on approach, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across multiple internal teams to empower our overall marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
This role encompasses several key areas critical to the success of our marketing team, ensuring our team is equipped with the right tools, data, and processes to excel :
Develop and execute content strategies across social media / blogs and web to drive engagement.
Design, build, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications :
3 years of content marketing expertise including social media management
1 year of experience in email marketing and CRM management.
A minimum of 2 years in a B2B environment (preferably within SaaS) is required.
Proven ability to craft compelling content across various channels.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle principles and customer engagement.
Demonstrated experience with marketing automation setup and optimization.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in major email marketing platforms (such as : HubSpot or CustomerIO).
Working knowledge of HTML / CSS for email template customization.
Experience with designing lead nurturing flows.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced certification in a leading CRM or Email Service Provider.
Demonstrated success in A / B testing and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate CRM data into actionable insights.
Experience with design tools for content creation.
Exposure to other digital marketing channels like SEO, or social media.
