We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead the activation and growth of our B2B business in Madrid. This role involves deploying the national B2B plan at a local level, working closely with OEM partners to identify opportunities, implement actions, and monitor progress.
Main Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, fleet customers, and key accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Roll out the brand's B2B strategy with OEM partners ensuring alignment with national business goals.
- Plan regular customer visits, maintain detailed customer records, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in bidding, project negotiations, and contract signing to ensure favorable commercial terms.
- Follow up on order fulfillment, vehicle registration, and after-sales processes to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales or key account management; dealership or OEM background preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.A valid driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and willing to travel as required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management software is a plus.Language skills : Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.Benefits :
