About The Role

Our Risk team sits at the very core of Revolut. Those special agents work across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure that the business is on safe footing. People in the Risk team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from app technology, through treasury and finance, to customer support.

We’re looking for an Operational Risk Manager to improve our risk management framework and governance structure, and be a key member of our Risk team in Europe and work closely with key stakeholders from all parts of the company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing crypto-related risk incidents in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and remediation
• Identifying and managing crypto risks impacting operations, performance, or reputation
• Maintaining the crypto risk register and logging new risks
• Completing risk assessments with focus on stablecoin-specific exposures
• Evaluating and testing internal controls for crypto and stablecoin-related risks
• Conducting crypto risk assessments for new products
• Monitoring third-party SLAs related to crypto services
• Coordinating with legal, compliance, and audit teams to close regulatory gaps
• Aligning objectives with evolving stablecoin regulations
• Collaborating with local and global stakeholders on risk, incident registration, investigation, and root-cause analysis
• Participating in risk committees and forums to escalate issues and update crypto policies
• Aligning crypto risk policies with European and Lithuanian regulatory standards
• Facilitating appropriate risk awareness and risk culture amongst employees
