We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be a key support pillar for the HR team, ensuring the smooth execution of daily HR processes and operations across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with internal HR processes, operations workflows, and HR data maintenance.
- Collaborate with Admin and IT departments to prepare and manage onboarding tasks, including contracts, system access, and equipment setup.
- Provide support on HR-related payment issues.
- Support the implementation and execution of HR processes, including workflow management and employee data handling.
- Work closely with HR team to ensure process consistency and alignment across regions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records.
- Coordinate with departments such as Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure smooth day-to-day employee operations.
- Assist with visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees when needed.
- Provide daily HR and administrative support.
- Help organize team-building activities, internal events, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably within the Spain / European market.A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally; highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.Fluent in Chinese, Spanish, and English, both written and spoken.Must hold a valid work permit in Spain.Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) and on-site at the Madrid office.
