We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Support professional to join a dynamic international team on a part-time basis. You'll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly — from managing expenses and bookings to day-to-day coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track invoices, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport
- Prepare and process expense reports, manage receipts, and support reimbursements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and postal activities
- Provide administrative assistance to executives and wider team
- Maintain well-organised records and assist with general office administration
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferredFluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is essentialStrong organisational abilities with keen attention to detailCapable of multitasking and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environmentConfident with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiarity with travel booking systems is beneficialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat’s on Offer
