WHAT DOES A CONTRACTS COMPLIANCE ANALYST DO?

As Contracts Compliance Analyst, you manage the commitments and contracts for BMBV. You are the first point of contact for the execution of all BMBV global third-party contracts. Compliance with the agreed document flow and delegation of authority and other policies is key.

You report to the Procurement Services Lead and join the organization in Barcelona office.

This is your first or second job after your Bachelor or Master graduation.

You're enthusiastic and a structured candidate who communicates easily with all layers in the organization , mostly in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO :

• Be the first point of contact for Primos across the company for the execution of all BMBV global third-party contracts
• Supervision and administration of contract management and contract signature process
• Quality review on document execution proposals, third party documents and necessary approvals (e.g. BMBV board approval, payment terms committee approval)
• Execution of the documents using available software tools (e.g. DocuSign, Comas)
• Maintain commitments list
• Support or lead in conducting training to colleagues and management on contract management process and compliance topics
• Archiving documents on our global repository
• Performance and Compliance Monitoring - Conduct periodic reviews / audits, and maintain records and audit trails for all contract-related activities
• SAP OA alignment and Conditions control check

How can I stay on top of the latest Bacardi news?

Our Global headquarters is based in Bermuda. Our Regional headquarters are Amsterdam for Europe & Latin America & the Caribbean; Dubai for Asia, Middle East & Africa and Coral Gables for North America. Do I need to drink alcohol to work at Bacardi?

What are the stages of an interview process?

The first step is submitting your application which will be reviewed by our Hiring Team. Should your experience meet the qualifications and expectations of the open role, you will begin the interview process. Generally speaking, you can expect a few stages of conversations. The timing of the interview process will vary and our focus will be on ensuring that the key stakeholders get to know you and that you get to know us. You will be expected to do a face-to-face interview in person or over video call in some cases, at least once, during the hiring process.Sometimes we do ask candidates for customer facing roles or more junior candidates to complete an automated online video interview. You will self-record answers to our automated questions and this will be reviewed by the Hiring Team.

For Management and Leadership roles we may request an additional assessment that takes a deeper dive into your potential leadership style.

How long does the interview process take?

The process will vary and usually depend on different factors such as the volume of applications received, seniority level of the role and stakeholder availability within the hiring team.
