You Are : A dynamic Cybersecurity Presales Solution Architect looking for growth opportunities.

The Opportunity : We seek a professional to lead solution and service definition efforts in Spain & LATAM. You will work closely with our global sales and service teams to tailor offerings to customer needs and address complex cybersecurity challenges. Additionally, you will handle responses to solution requests, including RFPs and RFIs, understanding customer requirements and technical specifications. You will also collaborate with our partner ecosystem (Google, Microsoft) to incorporate technologies and innovative services that enhance cybersecurity defenses.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical guidance for developing security solutions, working with Service Owners and product teams.
• Define and shape service offerings in collaboration with marketing, senior management, and the executive team.
• Support the development of cybersecurity solutions, including customer studies, whitepapers, and solution documents.
• Assess new technology partnerships for potential integration into service offerings.
• Review technical requirements for RFPs / RFIs / RFQs and coordinate responses.
• Design and document security solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging industry expertise.
• Manage RFP / RFI responses within set timelines and present solutions to clients or stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to develop solutions and pricing options, and assist in drafting SOWs and architecture documents.
• Work closely with Service Delivery during customer onboarding, providing knowledge transfer and technical documentation.
