Senior Integration Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Specialist to lead the design and development of our integration solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project within a collaborative environment.

Lead the design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritise, and translate integration requirements, leveraging API-led connectivity and integration patterns.

Develop APIs and implement integration flows between internal systems and third-party platforms, utilising RAML, DataWeave, and MuleSoft best practices.

Define and manage the integration roadmap, providing guidance on reusability, scalability, and security.

Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI / CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues as needed.

Deliver technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on MuleSoft.

Proven expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and Runtime Manager, as well as strong understanding of API-led connectivity, RAML, DataWeave, and integration patterns.

Experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs, with excellent communication skills and ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Fluency in Italian required.

Nice to Have :

MuleSoft certification (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1).

Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI / CD processes.
