Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals across European production plants.
• Oversee manufacturing and production activities to meet corporate objectives.
• Implement best practices, optimize processes, and foster a culture of excellence.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and ensure accountability.
• Lead change management to facilitate the implementation of new processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality departments for cohesive operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and quality systems such as ISO.
• Utilize technological advancements and data analytics to improve operations.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality or efficiency.
