About the Role

We're seeking an experienced full-stack developer to join our team working on Echelon, a modern web application built with Next.js 15, React Server Components, and TypeScript. The ideal candidate has strong functional programming skills, experience with type-safe development patterns, and a passion for building performant, accessible web applications. Additionally, we place a high emphasis on AI excellence and seek candidates with proven experience integrating AI technologies into real-world applications.

Framework : Next.js 15 App Router, React 19

Language : TypeScript (strict mode)

UI : Shadcn UI, Radix UI, Tailwind CSS

Database : PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM

Runtime : Bun for development, testing, and production

Testing : Vitest, React Testing Library

AI Technologies : OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, and other modern AI frameworks

Key Responsibilities

• Implement type-safe Server Actions for data mutations
• Create responsive, accessible UI components
• Write unit and component tests
• Collaborate on performance optimization strategies
• Integrate AI-driven features and services into the application
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance user experience, automate workflows, and optimize performance
