You Are :

A dynamic Cybersecurity Presales Solution Architect looking for a growth opportunity.

The Opportunity :

We're on the hunt for a Presales Solution Architect (Spain & LATAM) to shape our solutions and service definitions. You will work closely with the global sales team and service leaders to tailor service offerings to meet customer requirements and address complex cybersecurity challenges.

You will drive responses to solution requests including RFPs / RFIs by understanding customer needs and technical specifications. Additionally, you will collaborate with our partner ecosystem (Google / Microsoft) to provide innovative technologies and services to enhance customers' Cyber Defense capabilities.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical guidance in security solutions development.
  • Collaborate with Service Owners and the product development team to define and shape CyberProof’s services.
  • Drive service definitions and positioning in partnership with marketing, senior management, and the executive team.
  • Support the development of cybersecurity solutions, customer studies, whitepapers, and service solution documents for emerging use cases.
  • Assess new technology partnerships for potential integration into service offerings.
  • Review technical requirements of RFPs / RFIs / RFQs and coordinate responses with relevant stakeholders.
  • Design and document security solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging industry expertise.
  • Manage RFP / RFI responses, ensuring adherence to timelines, and present solutions to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop responses, solutions, and pricing options.
  • Draft Statements of Work (SOWs), baseline security architectures, and detailed solution design documents.
  • Work with the Service Delivery Team during onboarding and provide knowledge transfer on technical solutions and architecture.

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience from cybersecurity companies, global systems integrators, or managed service providers.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solution architecture, including SOC, SIEM, Threat Intelligence / Hunting, Endpoint, and Cloud Security.
  • Proven success partnering with IT and Security executives to develop and implement security strategies.
  • Educational background in computer science, MIS, engineering, or related fields, with certifications like CISSP, CISA, CIPP, etc.
  • What you need :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in solutioning / presales at an enterprise level.
  • Extensive experience with cybersecurity services and solutions.
  • Proven ability to guide technical discovery and negotiate with C-level executives.
  • Strong technical and business acumen, understanding market trends and security technologies.
  • Leadership qualities to drive growth and innovation.
