Partner Engineering Support

Cross Border Talents is currently searching for a Partner Engineering Support for one of our clients. The organization is an award-winning creative online, web, and mobile software development company based in Ireland, with offices in the United Kingdom and Spain. They work across sectors including sports, publishing, FinTech, e-commerce, and more. As they expand, our client seeks a fully remote Partner Engineering Support to join their team and assist with operations.

This role involves working closely with sales and technical teams to enhance knowledge, solution design, and integration efforts with external partners. The ideal candidate has broad technical skills and can facilitate both technical and business discussions, especially with experience in Stripe and solution architecture.

Responsibilities include :

• Driving technical discussions with external partners.
• Leading technical deep dives and providing materials to support partners' sales processes.
• Developing business and strategic cases for partnership opportunities and driving consensus.
• Providing oversight and guidance during the sales process to ensure mutual success in joint opportunities.
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients and project teams, solving technical challenges, and building relationships with senior technical individuals within client organizations.

Requirements :

Plus points include experience in finance or payments industry, B2B, SaaS, or marketplaces, and familiarity with CRM, ERP, e-commerce solutions. Experience with Stripe is beneficial; training will be provided. The role offers full remote work, attractive pay, and growth opportunities.
