A successful sales manager is needed to expand business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

  • Establish strong relationships with end customers and companies, ensuring accurate customer files in our database system.
  • Develop and maintain public relations to build trust with clients, driving long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, promptly following up on orders and project information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and implementation plans, achieving set targets.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects, ensuring regional business objectives are met.
  • Provide support for financing and collection work.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with local markets and construction machinery knowledge is a priority, or experience with heavy machinery such as excavators, mobile cranes, concrete equipment, tower cranes, forklifts, foundation equipment, aerial work machines, mining equipment, etc.
  • Degree requirements include a diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or international business.
  • Coordinating leasing activities is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
