A successful sales manager is needed to expand business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Establish strong relationships with end customers and companies, ensuring accurate customer files in our database system.
Develop and maintain public relations to build trust with clients, driving long-term partnerships.
Identify and pursue business opportunities, promptly following up on orders and project information.
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and implementation plans, achieving set targets.
Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects, ensuring regional business objectives are met.
Provide support for financing and collection work.
Requirements
Familiarity with local markets and construction machinery knowledge is a priority, or experience with heavy machinery such as excavators, mobile cranes, concrete equipment, tower cranes, forklifts, foundation equipment, aerial work machines, mining equipment, etc.
Degree requirements include a diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or international business.
Coordinating leasing activities is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills are essential.
