We are looking for a Marketing Design Team Leader .

B2B contract
Fluent Russian and English — required.

At Fundraise Up, we are reimagining the fundraising platform to create the most convenient and fastest way to donate to non-profit foundations. Our innovation is aimed at enhancing loading speeds, boosting conversion rates, offering diverse payment methods, and more. Each month, individuals worldwide donate tens of millions of dollars through our platform. We are the go-to fundraising solution for some of the world's leading non-profit organizations. The UNICEF, Obama Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, and many others leverage our platform for their online fundraising needs.

Team

Our company has over 300 employees. Our New York office houses the marketing, sales and onboarding. Product decisions, design, and development are done remotely.

The team is strong, and that’s one of the best parts — it’s always exciting to work alongside talented people who are open to sharing their experience. Colleagues are always ready to help find great solutions. Asking questions and sharing knowledge is encouraged.

The product team is Russian-speaking and fully autonomous.

About the role

We’re looking for a Team Leader to join and head up our Marketing Design Team .

You’ll lead the team responsible for all of the company’s external communications — including the website, social media, blog, media publications, online and offline conferences, print materials, and swag.

Key Responsibilities

Organize the work of the design team : plan tasks in sprints and manage project deadlines.

Build and optimize processes, collaborate with stakeholders and other departments.

Mentor the team : support professional growth, create a competency matrix, and plan development paths.

Motivate designers and maintain a high level of engagement and quality.

Present and defend design decisions.

Work with external resources (agencies, freelancers, Upwork).

Oversee creative concepts, provide art direction, and take part in special projects hands-on.

What We’re Looking For

Attention to detail, punctuality, and a structured approach to work

At least 2 years of experience as a Design Lead or Art Director in marketing or communications

Experience managing a team of 3 or more people

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on design experience

Solid understanding of marketing design — what visual solutions work and what don’t

English proficiency at B2 level or higher

We work remotely, but our core hours are 9 : 00 to 18 : 00 CET. During this time, we actively collaborate through calls and discussions.

Final compensation will depend on your experience, performance on the test assignment and technical interview, as well as your country of residence.
