We’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our European Plant Projects Organization (PPO). If you're passionate about delivering complex engineering projects that make a real impact, read on .

As a Senior Project Engineer, you wil l lead small to mid-sized plant projects (up to $2M) across Southern Europe and CECA regions . From initial development through to execution, you’ll be at the helm of projects. You will ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget, and always with safety as a top priority . Your leadership will be the driving force behind successful, high-quality outcomes.

Lead full-cycle project executio n - play a dual role from project development to project execution

Execute plant projects across SE & CECA regions

Report to management and stakeholders on project status .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, business, operations, supply chain ) and external contractors.

Own project performance : schedule, budget, quality, and safety.

Degree in Engineering and 5+ years’ experience in project execution (ideally in industrial gases or plant projects)

General technical knowledge across disciplines : process, m achinery , electrical, and PICS.

Resilience, problem-solving mindset , and a drive to see projects through

Familiarity with SAP and AutoCAD
