At Tidart, we are a data-driven digital agency specializing in performance marketing. We use a scientific approach to media planning and traffic acquisition, maximizing our clients’ ROI through smart strategy and execution.

What you will do :

Design, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads, as well as Campaign Manager, SA360 (Search Ads 360), TikTok, Criteo, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.

Oversee media mix control and budget allocation.

Develop and implement digital strategies for clients from scratch.

Maintain direct communication and build long-term relationships with clients.

Analyze and monitor results, prepare performance reports, extract insights, and provide actionable feedback.

Optimize accounts by editing ads, reviewing budgets, and boosting ROI.

Participate in preparing proposals for new potential clients.

Lead and manage a team, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.

What we’re looking for :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Proven experience (min. 3 years) managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Solid understanding of performance-based campaigns. Previous experience in digital e-commerce campaigns is a plus, especially dynamic campaigns using Google Merchant Center (GMC) and Facebook Catalog.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to understand, articulate, and resolve client needs.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2).
  • Experience with other platforms (Campaign Manager, SA360, TikTok, Criteo, Affiliate or LinkedIn Ads) is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus.
