We are recruiting a Dutch orGerman-speaking Customer Advisors to join a dynamic team in Málaga, supporting a leading international hotel group. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, delivering high-quality support, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Schedule : 39 hours / week, Monday to Sunday, 8 : 00–22 : 00 (rotating shifts with alternating weekends)

Salary : €1,916.66 / month (gross)

Training : On-site, full-time (9 : 00–18 : 00)

Requirements :

Native or bilingual level of Dutch or German

Advanced English (minimum C1)

Valid NIE , NAF , and a Spanish bank account

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Comfortable working with calls and structured procedures

Ability to multitask , stay organized, and manage time effectively

Team-oriented, but also capable of working independently

Calm and solution-focused under pressure

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required
