Summary of the Role

Provide expertise during the sales process about the company's products and services to internal employees (e.g., sales, technicians, engineers) and customers. Support remotely or at customer sites.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform installation and commissioning of Nordson systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and on-demand repairs of Nordson equipment.
• Instruct customers on the use of Nordson equipment.
• Troubleshoot PA-specific technology, including fault analysis in customer processes.
• Carry out customer tests in collaboration with sales and application technology at labs and customer sites.
• Participate in stagings (verification of customer specifications, application and system tests, process parameter determination).
• Prepare and submit administrative and technical reports promptly.
• Advise on new markets, market changes, competitor activities, and hardware needs.
• Interface with Aftermarket and Sales teams and PA EMEA Customer Project Engineers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct customer training for systems and applications in English and local languages.
• Collaborate on exhibitions, open-houses, and similar events.
