Job Responsibilities

About the Role :

Overall delivery responsibility for projects, ensuring the successful achievement of objectives as defined in the Program / Portfolio Strategy.

Lead all aspects of one or multiple projects from planning to implementation and tracking, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with internal standards and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities include :

  • Lead project planning, ensuring key milestones and goals are met.
  • Collaborate with program / portfolio management teams to align projects with business strategies.
  • Manage project governance, including Steering Committees and Sponsorship Groups.
  • Oversee change management strategies, including training and communication plans.
  • Manage project dependencies and ensure alignment with BAU activities.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO governance and standardized tools and processes.
  • Manage project budgets with accurate financial tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee the transition of solutions to business-as-usual support.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify improvements and share best practices.
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to organizational project management capabilities.

This position supports our vision : Leveraging Data, AI, and Advanced Analytics to enhance supply chain decision-making from supplier to customer, focusing on Safety, CX, Quality, Productivity, and Sustainability.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and delivery of complex global projects within the Supply Chain Process & Technology team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality and stakeholder expectations.

You will lead process improvement and standardization initiatives at a global level, streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency to drive sustainable growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, implement, and monitor business processes, identifying areas for improvement and driving change.

You will manage end-to-end use cases within the Supply Chain Process & Technology roadmap, acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams to translate needs into technology solutions.

You will collaborate with TS Digital, Brambles, Global Asset Productivity teams, and third-party companies to ensure successful delivery of the roadmap.

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Work with cross-functional teams to map current enterprise processes.
  • Design and create Proof of Concepts (POC) to demonstrate benefits.
  • Apply digital tools (Control Tower, RPA, Predictive Analytics, Data Connectivity) to improve processes.
  • Create future state process maps with stakeholder approval.
  • Support business case development and stakeholder alignment.
