As a Senior Product Manager , you will bring deep expertise in industry trend analysis, ATC datalink services, and future-oriented innovation. You will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of SITA for Aircraft. Supporting the unit’s broader vision requires the ability to translate emerging aviation trends into data-driven opportunities and lead the development of solutions that respond to evolving market needs.
You will :
- Drive portfolio growth and collaborate cross-functionally to align on priorities.
- Enable commercial teams with intelligence-led insights to strengthen SITA’s position in the connected aircraft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordination of Projects : Lead or oversee multiple projects, such as industry research initiatives and proof of concept (PoC) work, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Discovery and Innovation : Identify opportunities for new projects, propose, scope, launch, and drive internal initiatives aligned with emerging trends in the datalink domain.Partnership Development : Identify market opportunities, build business cases and assumptions models, and seek funding within the organization to support strategic projects.Stakeholder Management : Work closely with internal stakeholders, including executives and technical teams, to gain alignment and drive initiatives based on market intelligence.Business Development : Develop strategic partnerships and support new portfolio growth aligned with customer needs and industry shifts.Adaptability and Innovation : Work in a discovery-driven, data-rich environment, fostering agile thinking and future-focused product development under uncertainty.Benefits and Flexibility :
