Responsible for handling the employee expenses in accordance with company policies ( like credit card settlement, cash advance management, reimbursement)
Cashflow forecasting and management, Support local payment.
Local Audit Support
support tax agency to finish monthly invoice upload to tax platform, local tax compliance
Coordinate with Headquarter for finance related matters
Other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements :
Master degree in finance or accounting field, At least 3 years working experience in a multinational company for a role as financial analysis accountant.
Ability to perform extremely detailed tasks and organize heavy workload independently
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial analysis and reconciliations
Strong flexibility and adaptability with strong organizational skills
Team player with hands on approach to problem solving
Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative work style, and ability to effectively manage shifting priorities
Excellent skills in MS Excel and other MS Office tools; lookup and pivot table would be an advantage
Languages
Excellent English and Spanish language skills both spoken and written. Chinese language skill is preferred.
