ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Systems Control Engineer to join the team of Infrastructure Technical Area at our Madrid offices.

At IDOM we offer you the opportunity to participate in national and international projects as part of a team where you will have the support to push your professional boundaries and improve your skills every day. In a multidisciplinary environment you will be exposed to all the latest technologies and best practices. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Design and development of system integration and control projects for tunnels
  • Coordinating with other disciplines during the various phases of project design and construction
  • Developing engineering documents such as design reports schematic diagrams single-line diagrams layout plans etc.
  • Communicating and coordinating with the BIM / CAD modeling team
  • Preparing data sheets and technical specifications for equipment including contacting suppliers and vendors

    • ABOUT YOU

    Apply if you

  • Have a university degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electronics and Automatic Control or a similar field
  • Have 5 to 10 years of experience in technical offices designing tunnel system controls (camera systems traffic regulation ventilation environmental control public address systems lighting etc.). Experience in tunnel or infrastructure projects is a plus
  • Are used to working in a BIM environment
  • Are a team player with technical excellence.
  • Can work independently with a flair for innovation.
  • Do have an advanced level of English.
