Language : Dutch speaker required, English at a proficient level

What you’ll do :

IT Recruitment (360°), you’ll manage the full candidate life-cycle across tech roles (Cloud, Data, Development, CRM, SAP, etc.) :

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and your own network
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
• Guide and support your candidates throughout the entire recruitment process

Business Development, you’ll build your own client portfolio by :

Network Building : You’ll grow a strong professional network within the Dutch tech market by leveraging your relationship-building skills and the tools we provide.

What we’re looking for :

You come from a commercial background (business development, account manager, real estate, call center, etc.)

You have a strong sales mindset – you love to pitch, prospect, and close deals

You’re dynamic, proactive, ambitious, and looking for a real challenge

You’re curious about the tech / IT industry and want to grow in a booming sector

Dutch speaker – this role is for our Dutch market team
