The Internship Program at a Glance :

  • A 6-month internship in our new Madrid office starting in January (flexible / 1 month), including a comprehensive introduction to Revenue Management.
  • A unique opportunity to learn from experienced Cluster Revenue Managers and develop your skills in Revenue Management strategies and tactics.
  • Hands-on training on the best revenue management systems and tools used in hospitality.
  • Work across different hotels and markets to learn from various scenarios.
  • Structured feedback and coaching sessions to validate your knowledge.
  • Opportunities to participate in business meetings directly with hotels and apply your knowledge.
  • Potential to join the team permanently as an Associate Junior Revenue Manager if successful.

What Will You Learn?

Our internship has a structured framework including interactive training, development activities, and close collaboration with our experienced team. During your 6 months, you will learn :

  • Induction to Radisson Hotel Group's culture, beliefs, leadership foundations, and brand architecture.
  • A structured program covering Revenue Management principles and techniques.
  • Exposure to other teams and business units related to Revenue Management (e.g., Distribution, Marketing).
  • One-to-one mentorship with regular feedback.
  • An understanding of current business focus.
  • Continuous in-role development through collaboration with our team of experts.

    A successful candidate will be commercially focused, result-oriented, eager to learn and grow through feedback. We prioritize the success of our hotels and are looking for future talents who share this mindset and aim to become ambassadors of Revenue excellence.

    Criteria :

    To be eligible, you must :

  • Be eligible to work in the European Union. Internship based in Madrid.
  • Have an internship agreement from your university.
  • Speak and write English fluently. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrate passion for Revenue Management, hospitality, and learning.
