Job Overview

In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge quantum and AI technologies to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of our language models. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate these models into our products. This position offers the chance to work on challenging projects, contribute to pioneering research, and shape the future of LLM and NLP technologies alongside the team in San Sebastian, Spain.

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with deep learning models and industry experience.
• Research experience in the field of large language models (LLMs).
• Experience developing or building LLMs from scratch.
• Strong background and practical experience with various ML technologies, especially natural language processing and large language models.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, performance analysis, test design, and documentation skills.
• Experience with fine-tuning, pruning, and optimization techniques.
• Background in deep learning research and development.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries such as PyTorch and HuggingFace.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), containerization technologies (Docker), and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
