About the role : We seek a full-time Senior UX / UI Designer (Marketing-Focused) to craft engaging user experiences, focusing on marketing landing pages, ads, and branding initiatives. The role requires designing responsive visuals from concept to completion, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include :

  • Creating marketing materials and visual content
  • Ensuring brand consistency
  • Developing visuals for campaigns
  • Conducting user research and analysis
  • Developing information architecture and user flows
  • Planning usability testing and iterating designs
  • Ensuring accessibility and inclusivity
  • Designing user interfaces and prototypes
  • Producing detailed assets and design systems
  • Collaborating with teams and stakeholders
  • Managing multiple projects and maintaining high quality

    • Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B, agency, tech, or freelance work
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expertise in UI design using Figma and Adobe Suite
  • Web design proficiency with a focus on UX principles
  • Organizational skills for systemic design
  • Ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital work
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop a plus
