The Business Analyst is responsible for the update and maintenance of materials and master recipes used in BQ EMEA, propose and implement continuous improvement through digitalization targeting processes automation, creation of live KPI dashboards and providing easy access to information thru company´s platforms (e.g. Power BI, Sharepoint, MS Teams). He / she must ensure that systems, processes, and accuracy of data within IT systems are aligned across the region and with our corporate partners. They are the main point of contact for the maintenance of bill of materials within the system for EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency, be future thinking, act proactively and possess strong attention to details.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Creates materials list for EMEA (raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished product materials, spare part materials)
- Creates and updates the bill of materials and Master Recipe for EMEA
- Support EMEA countries on MM & PP modules; process orders, inventories, COGI, EDY reports and check regularly COGI results and inform bakeries when necessary
- Update data on monthly bases and develop new sheets on request
- Contribute to redesign main business process to improve support from SAP, in the area of material handling and traceability.
- Migrate bakery-related files from email to SharePoint in coordination with stakeholders, ensuring team accessibility, reducing data loss and enhancing collaboration
- Creation of live reports and dashboards thru Power BI and / or other available platforms
- Work closely with the SAP team to plan, develop, and deploy new SAP projects in the EMEA region
- Other related duties as assigned
Education and Work History :
Bachelor´s degree (Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc.)2+ years of professional experience, manufacturing and CPG industries are preferredKnowledge of Qliksense and Power BI.
