As an Investment Operations Associate Director, you will have the opportunity to :
- Ensure correct daily processing, posting, and clearing of securities transactions and income payments. Generate insights and recommendations by addressing complex technical queries from clients and delivering appropriate solutions.
- Manage timely month-end closing activities.
- Perform periodic reconciliation of securities holdings and cash account holdings.
- Provide support as a subject matter expert and senior business analyst to projects, internal initiatives, and country-specific customer demands, sharing expertise in operations processing.
- Resolve operational day-to-day problems identified by the operations department or referred from other areas, ensuring efficient and high-quality service, including managing issues according to the Group Incident Management Policy.
- Support the definition and monitoring of key performance targets and KPIs to optimize business performance, focusing on automation.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.4-5 years of practical experience in Investment Operations, Financial Markets, Banking, or Insurance. Technical skills in FSCM / FAM / TRM-SAP Treasury / Financial are preferred.Fundamental knowledge of common asset classes in traditional and non-traditional financial instruments, risks, and markets.Holding a CFA or similar certification is highly valued.Ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders, key business partners, asset managers, and custodians.An independent worker who can take responsibility, lead by example, and enhance team competencies.Strong client focus, analytical skills, and complex problem-solving abilities.Willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge with the team.Commitment to the job and a shareholder-value-oriented mindset.Ability to coordinate collaboration within the team and develop departmental expertise.Experience in training team members and new joiners.Proactive in improving controls and quality checks in processes.Active contribution to the super user community.Experience leading / supporting projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert and project support.Demonstrate behaviors aligned with corporate values.Take initiative for personal development and encourage others.Additional Education / Experience
