We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Managing partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools and metrics.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive successful closures.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners to grow their business and improve margins.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the partner market and competition through research and analysis.
- Defining target resellers and identifying gaps in the market to establish actions to close those gaps.
- Co-developing business plans with partners and providing guidance on certification training.
- Maintaining regular communication with partners through various channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need :
A native level of English and advanced level of Norwegian.At least two years of experience in technical sales, preferably in a channel environment.Excellent negotiation management and communication skills, including telephone and presentation skills.The ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively while working in a team environment.Familiarity with sales CRMs and Microsoft Office.We offer a competitive compensation package that includes :
