We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Managing partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools and metrics.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive successful closures.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners to grow their business and improve margins.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the partner market and competition through research and analysis.
  • Defining target resellers and identifying gaps in the market to establish actions to close those gaps.
  • Co-developing business plans with partners and providing guidance on certification training.
  • Maintaining regular communication with partners through various channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • A native level of English and advanced level of Norwegian.
  • At least two years of experience in technical sales, preferably in a channel environment.
  • Excellent negotiation management and communication skills, including telephone and presentation skills.
  • The ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively while working in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with sales CRMs and Microsoft Office.
  • We offer a competitive compensation package that includes :

  • A regular schedule from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
  • A salary of €22,000 gross per year, plus up to €4,000 euros gross per year.
