Mission :

Were looking for a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Cybersecurity team. Youll improve our corporate security posture and defense across IT / OT environments. This hybrid role is based in Barcelona and involves international collaboration and project . Youll secure critical IT / OT and cloud IoT projects driving cybersecurity improvements.

Your responsibilities :

• Design implement and manage security controls in IT / OT environments.
• Deploy and operate Claroty xDome for asset visibility threat detection and risk management in industrial networks.
• Review and maintain security controls in collaboration with SecOps and other teams.
• Lead OT cybersecurity deployments across global manufacturing facilities.
• Conduct risk assessments and support incident response.
• Drive OT cybersecurity governance through standards definition oversight and alignment with enterprise risk frameworks.
• Develop and enforce security policies aligned with ISA / IEC 62443.
• Deliver staff training and promote security awareness.
• Recommend OT cybersecurity best practices and improvements.
• Plan and prioritize infrastructure and developmentrelated security improvements.
