Senior Business Solutions Specialist

This role is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in Clinical Operations and lead a team of Business Analysts. You will be responsible for leading Business Process and Requirements Engineering activities, collaborating with offshore BAs, and ensuring stakeholder alignment and high-quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis within Clinical Operations, strong expertise with Veeva Vault : CTMS, eTMF, SSU, Site Connect, and demonstrated experience running or complementing a managed Business Process and Requirements Engineering service.

You will be working closely with cross-functional global teams, managing BA teams, and ensuring compliance with GCP and clinical regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with capability owners and key stakeholders.
• Define, draft, and refine User Stories, User Requirements (URS), and Risk Assessments in JIRA.
• Ensure traceability, testability, and compliance of business requirements.
