Role overview :

As a Country Growth and Marketing Consultant (Spain) , you will develop and execute go-to-market and launch strategies, managing above-the-line channels to build awareness and favorability in Spain. This includes planning multi-channel marketing for client acquisition and influencing product positioning. Pre-launch activities involve localization, marketplace operations, and marketing, while post-launch focuses on growth strategies.

Key responsibilities :

• Develop go-to-market and launch strategies.
• Build and represent BetterHelp as a brand in Spain.
• Manage marketing channels to increase awareness and favorability.
• Collaborate with headquarters and local partners.
• Plan growth partnerships for user acquisition and brand recognition.
• Oversee translations of creatives and user communications across channels.
• Identify and onboard local marketing partners.
• Gather market and consumer insights for product positioning.

What you will NOT do :

Our team is remote, based in California, with flexible EU hours and occasional visits to San Jose covered by us.
