Position Details

This position has a grade and reports to the Business Manager - E2E.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support internal and external customers of UPS products. You will coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Sales team and Sales Manager) to ensure complete case ownership and improve customer satisfaction. The work model for this role is hybrid {insert LinkedIn #}. This role contributes to the UPS Sales Team in the Electrification Business Area in Spain, focusing on driving sales volumes and margins. Your main responsibilities include :

  • Coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Handling sales reports, document management, and overdue accounts.
  • Managing documentation for public tenders.
  • Preparing and analyzing statistics (e.g., forecasts), tracking sales performance against targets, and sharing insights with the team.
  • Managing administrative tasks in sales processes, supporting cash collection, and assisting with project management activities.
  • Collaborating with the internal Controlling department to prepare sales and order reports.

Qualifications for the role

  • Experience working in Administration or Management teams; a related Degree or Higher Education is valuable.
  • Proficiency in SAP and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce); familiarity with other customer management platforms is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales back office teams.
  • Intermediate English skills.
  • Good teamwork skills and organizational abilities.
