Job Description

As Customer Service Agent you will support our customers to ensure the quality of the services provided through different channels (email, phone, etc).

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers : follow-up with customers after their service or product experience to ensure they’re happy and gather their feedback.
• Solve problems & answer questions : Be the go-to person for customers who need support, offering solutions and turning challenges into positive outcomes.
• Drive customer satisfaction : Collect insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with teams to deliver top-notch service.
• Upsell with ease : Recommend products or services that match customer needs and add value to their experience.

Qualifications

Experience is a plus : If you’ve worked in customer service, sales, or any people-focused role before, that’s even better!
