About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our IT systems.
The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, manage infrastructure, and ensure compliance with quality, security, and environmental standards. They will also be responsible for delivering first and second-level remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues, installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, managing user accounts, and ensuring data security.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver first and second-level remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts, and ensure data security
- Provide IT onboarding and training for new staff and doctors
- Assist in IT infrastructure projects, perform audits, and contribute to ongoing system improvements
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need :
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldProven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or teleradiology industryProficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issuesStrong knowledge of Windows operating systemsFamiliarity with networking concepts, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNExperience with Google Workspace and other enterprise IT toolsExperience with Microsoft Entra ID / Intune / AutopilotExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels of the organizationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailRelevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)Excellent communication skills in English language. Full professional proficiency both written and verbal requiredSocial & communicative, diplomatic, able to work in an international virtual team environmentService orientedAbility to adapt to a multi-disciplined work environmentControl and coordinate complex technical situations and challenges in a calm and professional mannerHigh level of energy and can handle stressWhat We Offer
